Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If it doesn't work out, please refer to our return policy below on how to send it back to us for a shopping credit!

  • Gloss Closet only provides Online Store Credit for Full Priced items returned within 30 days of the arrival of the package. There will be NO refunds put back on the original method of payment. Store credit will be issued through a virtual gift card within 3-5 business days of return sent to your email address on file. Store credits will not include the cost of shipping.

To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal on our Home Page 

You must complete the return form in our Returns Portal before mailing the item back. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a store credit. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All Returns Must:

- Include receipt and tags attached,
- Be unworn and free from odor such as smoke.
- Not be damaged or stained with makeup, deodorant or perfume.

Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box.

We have the right to refuse a return if it does not meet these requirements. You will be notified by email if a return is received that does not qualify. The item will be held for 4 weeks and if we do not receive a response within that timeframe, the item will be donated. This policy also applies to any "return-to-sender" packages.

You are responsible for return shipping costs 

We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit back to our location. We suggest shipping with USPS and asking for a tracking number on returned items.

**We are not responsible for missing packages. If tracking shows “delivered” -  you will need to file a claim with the carrier.

Damages:

All damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of delivery date and must include an image of the damage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
