DO YOUR SHIPPING PRICES CHANGE?
Yes, we charge a low flat rate of $8.00 on all orders shipped from inhouse stocked items. If you see seperate shipping charge, that means those items are shipped directly from that Brands Warehouse!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
1-4 buisness days after your order has been placed, unless otherwise stated. No orders are processed on Sunday.
WHO WILL DELIVER MY PACKAGE?
We use all major shipping couriers and will always go with the best rate so that we can pass that savings onto you!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, if you make your purchase through the Shop App, its so easy to track and we recommend using it for this very reason!
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. Rapid shipping is available on request, please email us for rapid shipping code BEFORE checking out.

Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out of our warehouse. We are a partial dropshipping boutique, that means some of our items like Judy Blue, POL, Oasis Society and others are are shipped directly from these vendors to you when you place an order. Drop shipping allows us to keep the cost of our products down for you! Drop shipped items do sometimes take longer to ship due to the volume of orders, so please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Charges from us will show on your bank statement as glosscloset.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
